I help emerging adults develop powerful mindsets and disciplines, so they can maximize their gifts and live an abundant lifestyle.

Speaking Demo

Coming from a leaderless home, I am inspired to help emerging adults expose their passions and purpose, without sacrificing who they are. My approach, based on my own mistakes, gives young adults the tools and techniques to enhance their best qualities in order to achieve things they once thought to be impossible. To accomplish this, I leverage several key principals, along with a God first mindset. Failure Management, Self-Analysis, Appropriate Action, Embracing Change, and Letting Go. The most important being Failure Management and learning how to respond after you FAIL.

Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

About Jason

Growing up in a single parent household and going from being a lost rebellious teenager to a successful business professional, father, husband, and friend has given me the perspective and drive to reach and mentor as many people as possible.

Shortly after leaving the military, I started as a part time, third shift Security Officer with a private hotel chain in Orlando. In a matter of 5 years, I became the Assistant Director of Security for a Four Diamond Resort. I also completed my Criminal Justice Degree, married my beautiful wife and all while also trying to raise my two children.

A few years later I would reconnect with my father, work with him for about five years and learned may aspects of running a small business. With the family dynamic not working out I moved into the private investigations field and quickly moved from a part time investigator to the Chief Operating Officer in about five years.

Like most people I have walked a challenging path, from the streets of Barbados to the dessert of Iraq and now in the corporate office, I would not change anything. Well, maybe a few things but overall, I made it, and the journey is just getting exciting. My life experiences combined with my expedited growth to upper levels of multiple organizations have positioned me to mentor and guide the next generation of young people.

I ran with the wrong crowd, totaled three cars, was a teenage parent, vandalized property, stole from good people, got arrested and joined the US Marine Corps all before my 19th birthday.

Ephesians 3:20 – Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.

Jason's Talks

Your Choices:
A crash course in good mistakes.

We all want to be successful, therefore we all want to make good choices so we can become successful socially, financially, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. However, we seldom get it right the first time and have to figure it out the hard way or by learning from the mistakes of others. This talk gives young adults a glimpse of how bad choices can lead to good choices and a successful lifestyle. Equipping them with the tools to make better, more sound choices along with tools to aid in getting them through the so-called bad choices. Come learn from my mistakes.

Embrace Failure:
A road map to a successful lifestyle.

As humans we never want to fail, we never want to be seen as less than or incapable. However, failing, then learning from that failure, is a key ingredient in the recipe for success in all aspects of life. Too much salt in a soup and not enough water makes the soup inedible. The same applies to life. Too much failure and not enough learning, with the appropriate action leads to a stressful life. Embracing failure is a mindset! This talk will give emerging adults clarity and the guidelines needed to map out a successful lifestyle by channeling failure and focusing on who they are meant to be.

Positive Fear:
The life you want to live is on the other side of fear.

We are all built with a safety mechanism called fear. This mechanism causes us to run faster when being chased by a bear or lift heavy objects when our children are in trouble. This mechanism can also work against us when we are paralyzed with non-action. Being scared!! This talk is not about teaching young people how to overcome fear but rather to help you develop a mindset which will allow you to feel the fear then attack the very thing that makes you scared with a new motto. Do it sacred but don’t quit. Fear can also be turned into a positive thing as it keeps us cautious. This talk leaves young adults empowered to face their fears and overcome themselves.
